An unjust ban

Good evening everyone I was recently playing in your TDM server, the ip was 63.251.20.130:28930 and I was banned after a confrontation with a player by the name of CrackerKiller. Now he at first presented an issue with my tags, which at the time were NAACP. Xzibit. For the record these are simply pug tags and I actually game under the handle mentioned here. He then proceeded to say pretty much that he wanted an explanation for my tags and then he would ban me or kick me I am not sure exactly what he said. So I asked what the problem was, he said you white boys want to tell me why you have those tags on, and I simply told him to relax and that it was only a joke, then, my friend and I were banned from your server. Now my friend plays in that server all the time and I decided to join him and let me tell you I do not appreciate this at all, it seemed like a nice server and then he just booted me. I was on around 9:30 pm EST on 7/26/09.

Lol, the guy that owns the server is black.  And it just so happens that he was the one that banned you.  I'm sure he will respond to your post.

So, you think that's the way to go around getting unbanned?  Some attitude you have.
An apology probably would have helped your case a lot more than that arrogant comment.

I wouldn't hold much hope that you;re gonna get unbanned.

Well, I was the friend on said game, and I apologize for whatever may have happened, we just do not understand why we were banned so quickly when we tried to explain it was a joke and a PUG name?

what I said was why would think that NAACP was a funny tag to have with the names that followed. Ill bet you are 2 white kids and thought it would be funny. Gues what I didnt find it funny and I banned you. Just like that

We did not realize that NAACP was going to offend anyone on your server, as I was playing in it for a while before I was banned, Im confused as to why you couldnt just ask us to change our names and give us a chance to change it.
I for one love your server, it was in my favorites as my best non-HC server and I do apologize for any inconvenience

Well my friends and I who all know eachother locally decided to pug last night, some kid came up with the tags, we put them on and then I forgot to take them off, thats what it boils down to, I apologize like I said and would have loved to changed them had I been given a chance to change my name.

I would guess when you came in I was watching the gus in a match and when I asked who the hell are these NAACP guys one admin said I was just about to say something about that.
Secondly this is not the democratic republic of gamimg. This is the ESAW run game server. We make the rules and monitor the servers. Unjustly banned. You took it upon yourselves to sport the name of the NAACP that has been fighting for the rights of African americans for over 100 years and its a fuckin joke to you? Didnt find it funny at all. But Ill tell you what. Formal apps. from both players and Ill unban you tomorrow. As for tonight I dont want to see either of you in our house End of story.
