Permanent ban?

Hi.

I've been playing a lot on the aaaaa Toy Soldiers NYC Cod 4 server lately, and it has been very nice since it has rules and to me it helps keeping the game clean and fun.
My nick at first was ronin, but I was told I couldnt use that nick, so I switched it to rn or sometimes erix. Some days ago I was temporarily banned, and I dont know why, since I DO follow the rules.
I've decided to search for this forum because I've just got permanently banned and again (mp_vacant, player name: rn ), I dont know the reason, and I wasnt warned by anyone about nothing. I truly hope to get this problem solved, because I really enjoy playing on the server.

the reason you were banned this evening is because you had a ping of 160 and were difficult to kill.  One of those "I see you, I'm dead" type of situations.  We don't like to see players ping over 130.  If you can fix the ping to get it lower the ban may be lifted.

Unfortunately, I don´t think I can lower my ping, since I´m not from US.
My ping is high for all servers not from my own country.
In my defense, I just want to say that I too have problems from my high ping.
Everyone is hard to kill, and I get the same "I see you, I´m dead", but from all enemies.
It´s very sad to know that its going to cost me a perm ban for that.
Guess I´m going to have to search for other servers to play on.

It's not meant to insult you, but you too would experience a much better online experience if you looked for servers with lower pings (which are from and close to your own country).

look bottomline is u lag on our server. We have people taht expect the best gameplay they can get. Is it fair to them to let you play here and not be able to kill you because you are warping all over the server? NO so play at home cause u wont play here. end of story stop making it all about poor poor pitiful u.
