That do have a way Cpt....try using that fajjy laser half of the players now use. May not work well at that distance but it well help me spot you better so I can counter snipe you.
I watched the last knife, wish I had been recording it. Then again, Dog finished below .500 with his K/D ratio for the match, something like -10. We also blew a +200 point lead and lost, but gee, I'm sure glad he got those tags though ;-)
Nice, congrats. I'll be back online tomorrow cause I'm about sick and tired of my fawking job getting in the way of more productive pursuits on the Battlefield. That your 1,000th tag came from Enigma is even better, since he's a sneaky camping bastard anyway.
My question.....is it still sitting there, in your yard?
Hilarious
I apologize if this has been posted already.
Was just informed bout this movie, watched the trailer and I thought it was THE SHIT!!
Check this out!

I saw the trailer for this in a theater not too long ago, can't wait. I hear the director who made Hurt Locker is making a movie of the book "Kill bin Laden" which was the best book I've ever read about active duty Delta and their attempt to kill bin Laden early in the war. It will be interesting to see how she modifies the story since the SEAL team strike on bin Laden, especially since it most likely consisted of Delta operatives with the CIA agents in the house across the street.
My hope is they make a movie about the book Lone Survivor, especially about the life and actions of Michael Murphy.
A couple of other strange things. I get a great ping on the ESAW server, but yesterday I noticed it show me a ping of around 150....yet in game I was fine. If I do a browse of servers, filtered on the US/North America, the ESAW servers never come up. Even if the ESAW servers have people on them, I'll get lots of empty servers, but none of the ESAW servers.
Now, I'm not an IT expert, even though I get paid to be one, but this would tell me the middleware infrastructure for this game is caching settings. So regardless of what some server owners change, if these servers aren't changing...
I watched my nephew play Bf3 on Xbox Live on New Year's eve, then I tried and got my azz handed to me. The thing about BF3 on console is that, even though I don't like shooters on console, the quality of the experience is still good.
MW3 on PC is a console experience at best, and not a very good one. In fact, I think it looks better on console than PC.....that's how mediocre the graphics are.
I have a Radeon 6900 series 4Gb video card....takes a hell of a shetty game to fawk up that experience.
I know I did, but before I played it on PC I bought it on the XBOX for my kids....So I got fawked twice. Nobody ever said I was smart with my money.
I do need an intervention to stop playing BF3....it's crack on a hard drive. Gonna suck when I have to go back to work next week.
Yeah, I love how my application to join the team turns in to a running dick joke....only confirms why I want to join.
Corvus' review of MW3: It sucks all kinds of azz.
Seriously, has a game franchise ever gotten worse for PC users since its original release? I'm talking about MW1 to MW3.
MW2 was actually a great step forward because they brought in bigger maps, the graphics improved, and kill streak rewards were pretty sweet. It had one major flaw, no dedicated servers.
No dedicated servers meant a free for all for hackers because the auto tools put in to stop them were a joke, and lack of administrators kept the human element away as the last line of defense against these fawk sticks. This brought the game down below MW1 despite the better graphics. After 6 months IW basically gave up trying to combat the hackers, and it made the game worthless.
MW3? Gee, they brought back dedicated servers, but they basically turned it in to Halo....a series of virtual fawking hallways....a camper's delight. Even the sounds are straight out of a space movie. Dude was shooting at me with a sniper rifle with a supressor and it sounded like laser blasts. Fawking GI Joe cartoon bullshet.
Bring back the ESAW MW1 server!!!!!!!! That was a great game for its time, still is, and I'll fund the damn thing for 6 months if that's what it takes...If it will make some of you stop playing MW3, all the better.
Fawking hilarious. "Get your Soul Glo."
Rogue, I can definitely handle foul language...infact, I prefer it. I just didn't want you to think I didn't have any manners. ;-)
I hope this Holiday Season finds everyone doing well. It's been good catching up in BF3 with some of you, it reminded me of how much fun your MW1 server was. I'd like to become a member of the clan and have attached some information about myself below.
Gaming Name: -Corvus043-
Server(s): aaaaaToy Soldiers Conquest B2K Maps!!! 600 Tickets!!! (9 PMish Eastern Standard Time)....I also used to play on your MW1 TDM server all of the time....It was addictive as hell, and so was playing with some of the members of this clan
Age: 043
Gametype: In BF3, I like all of the types, there is great balance with any of them, but since my style is to grind it out in close quarters I prefer the Engineer. Got me killed a lot early on, but my ratios are getting better....Plus, it's good to have an RPG handy when a tank comes up on your backside.
Previous FPS/Clans: BF2BC, BF3, MW1, MW2, MW3 (For 1 day, not a fan).....No past Clans, this is my first time applying
Would I be an Asset? I always enjoyed playing with your team members on your MW1 server, and even though I wasn't a member most went out of their way to welcome me. I always appreciated that. So first and foremost, I think I would get along with members of the clan and every so often make someone laugh. Second, I am a pretty versatile player. I can contribute playing any style you need me to play, just say the word.
Looking forward to hearing back from someone, peace.
**I have read the sticky**
I ran in to sleepingdog chewing on a BF3 server and it reminded me of what a great group you all are. I miss the MW1 days, that was a great server. Hope everyone is doing well.
