I don't overclock, computer power doesnt seem to be an issue cuz I can play settings maxed out in single player in 1920*1080 with no problem.  All my drivers are up to date.  Nvidia released a driver the day the game launched so they must know there is a problem.  I'm going to try the settings from the links tomorrow.  When it locks or jams, it only jams the game not the computer.  I restart the computer anyway cuz it makes me feel better.  Thanks for the input, I'll post if there is any improvement or not.
