Computer took a giant shit the other night.
Had re-install OS from an old Vista disk I had.
Seems that Windows 8 is buggy.......who knew!?

Re-installed everything, updated drivers but i can't play the FUCKING game.

Here is the cute message I get from Origin

" Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: dxgi.dll Function: CreateDXGIFactory1." and because we want to fuck with rogue!

Ok I added that last part.

Oh great gurus that I game with, any ideas?

I have unistalled the game and origin already.

Till it's fixed you can only kill me in your dreams, not virtual reality!

win 8 is not buugy as i have only been on this for 5 weeks, but if u want to play games win8 doenst have netframework 2-3.5 only version 4.

which drivers are u using? sound/vid?
u can install origin and then sign in then close it then paste bf3 folder(programs bf3 and my docs bf3 to my docs) and run origin again it will install about 40mb then ur ready to go

I'm using 297.17 win8 nvidia drivers 64bit

I am doing ok.. just so much shit ya know... And Hopefully i get some time for myself and get on vent soon. just so much shit, broke all the time, and bills from attorney left and right, dont think i will ever get out of this hole. but else wise doing good. almost done with the first year so only 6 more months and no probation at work. But thats going good. well Love ya all talk to ya soon.
