Ultra Products

http://www.ultraproducts.com/

In my current rig, I am using a case, and a power supply from them.

I built my sister a computer a few years back, and also used an ultra case.  Her husband broke one of the usb ports on the case, so I submitted a request to ultra on their website to see if I could get a replacement panel.

I got an email later that day that it was being worked on.  2 days later, I got a phone call from them, basically, apologizing, they no longer have the part for that case, but they should have a replacement 3.5" panel soon if I was interested.  If not, they could refer me to a few companies that could get it immediately.

1) Outstanding customer service to actually follow up with a phone call.
2) Their parts are reliable.  Also, PSU's and cases have a lifetime warranty.
3) The prices are below a lot of competitors.

Building a rig?  Need parts?  By all means, check them out.
Oh, and no, I am not shilling for them, but when a company does right, I will totally recommend them (see my posts about KOSS headsets)

Re: Ultra Products

Also, you get better prices from tigerdirect.com than form their direct site.

Re: Ultra Products

Fortunately, I've got a CompUSA (now TigerDirect) minutes away from my house, but still would never buy Ultra, sorry...

I've never had an issue with any of my Corsair PSU's and until I do, I will stand by them (like I do with Mushkin, Intel, EVGA and Corsair)
